one of the best Sushi places I have been to lately. I had the Sushi plate That had a roll some sushi and some sashimi. Everything had a great taste and smell and was tender as butter.

This place is always good. The service was very good. It's enough food for two to share if you eat at the hibachi tables.

Restaurant is right off US-41 and 3rd street on the corner. Pretty new place according to Springhill Suites front desk. Friendly staff. Got very crowded after 6PM local. They had plenty of hibachi grills and seating. The show was pretty much the same one you see at every other Japanese hibachi grill. Maybe not as refined as some. Who cares.... More

This establishment is very typical of Japanese steakhouses. Considering the entertainment provided by the cooks at your table, you will find the prices reasonable. We were a group of 5 and managed to order all of the main meat courses. Everything was very tasty with the spices that were used in the cooking. Two dipping sauces were provided as part... More

Stopped in late night about an hour before closing. Everyone was very helpful even though the hibachi was officially closed. My wife had miso soup that was very good. I had hibachi shrimp which was excellent. I tried the mustard sauce which was excellent, as well. Salads were very good. salad dressing was not watery as mentioned by other reviews.... More

Went to Tokyo last night to try it in the new location. Service was slow. I had to ask for water at least twice. We ordered 3 appetizers and 4 different entrees. My wife's entree came out first. She felt funny eating while the rest of us were waiting for food. After some time 1 of the appetizers came out.... More

It had been about 2 years since we were here to eat. New location offers same food. Staff tend to be clueless at times, can only being two glasses when purchasing a bottle of wine (for four), salads swimming in water and mediocre food. Worst scallops and salmon ever. Sushi Umi was full and that was the only reason we... More

Since they have moved to the new location they have SIGNIFICANTLY gone down hill. Have been to the new place twice and wont be going back for a while #1 - They have either changed the salad dressing or watered it down or they put too much on your salad. #2 - The new cooks and staff do not know... Have been going there for 8 years and it is definitely a place for birthday celebrations. The chefs at the hibachi tables are great with all ages of customers and know how to entertain. The fried rice is very good as well as the soup and salad that come with a Hibachi entree purchase.
