Hadn't been here in a few years, but pleased to see that everything is just as good as it was, or perhaps a bit better. Great cocktails, too.

The ambiance is ok. The menu selection is ok. The food is ok. The service is ok. The cost is on the higher side for an ok experience. Nothing spectacular but it's ok.

A bit pricey but we were so hungry it hit the spot! Great service. Group of 12 but they were there to take orders and serve us quickly. Excellent food - lots of choices.

I was in Fort Dodge with my cheer team. 16 of us went to Mineral City on a Saturday night at 6:00. It was busy and the host/manager told us it would be 30 to 45 minutes, but he would get us in. After about 30 minutes he came to our group and told us the progress on getting us... More

Mineral City has an interesting local historical decor which is very interesting. The service is excellent with well trained staff. The food and drink selections are very good and the prices are very reasonable.

Always our number 1 go to place in fort dodge. We always have had great waiters or waitress. They always get kids food out as fast as possible. The best thing about this place is they took out my favorite item and everytime we go back they still make it for me we will always look at this as our... More

On our stay in Fort Dodge, we ate at Mineral City Mill and Grill. The food was wonderful, tasty and prepared to our asking. The presentation was good, and plenty of food for the price. Next time we are in Fort Dodge, we will have dinner here again.

This is like a grown up restaurant and not a fast food chain. The food was good but nothing special. It still outclasses almost everything else in Ft. Dodge

Description
I think this place just opened. The food was great, it is the "most classy" place for "miles around", the decor is interesting, and the service was above average. The smoked pork chop was the best any of our group had ever eaten. The steak was average. Full bar with reasonable prices (a really good Long Island Iced Tea was $5.25). This was an unexpected gem in a small Iowa town not known for its food.
