Came here quite late one evening, just before theystopped serving food because they were too busy. Our waiter was nice but other than that, nothing much to write home about. My wife's meal was ok, but my buffalo wings were not good at all. The skin on them were kind of soggy and made it difficult (and nasty) to chew... More

Our server was the only thing that made a positive impression for us at this restaurant. We ordered 2 dinners, one a grilled shrimp with rice and the other grilled salmon with baked potato. Both came with a salad. The shrimp was tasty but the rice was dried out---too long in a warmer. The salmon had the opposite problem: it... More

I ordered the walleye with wild rice & a garden salad. The walleye was perfectly cooked very tender & seasoned to perfection. My salad was the freshest variety of mixed vegetables, very crisp and flavorful, the wild rice was cooked just right not dry or over cooked & went great with my walleye. I finished off with the best cup... More

Ate here while on a business trip. Menu has a wide variety of selections. Ordered an appetizer and entree salad. Took approximately an hour to get food, appetizer and entree came at the same time. Server was pleasant. Would have been better if food was quicker and came in sequence.

Great food and wonderful service. We were there on a raining Friday evening, very busy but the staff was not stressed and handled everything well. We have eating at another of their location near the IA Great Lakes area. Same great service and food.. Highly recommend this place..

Went there with my father after a long drive. We were very hungry and wanted to eat something good and abordable. We got it and even more! The server was very nice and she had been able to suggest us the best meals we could get. I ordered a wrap and my father ordered a taco bowl. We were both... More

We enjoyed a late lunch (3:00 p.m.) at Okoboji Grill. We pretty much had the whole place to ourselves and the undivided attention of our server, who took good care of us. Everyone was satisfied with the food they ordered, from baked potatoes to sliders to burgers, but the sweet potato fries stand out as exceptionally good. The West Lake... More

Okoboji Grill fits in the Applebee's/Chili's/Benigan's casual dining genre. While it's not overly original or fine dining, I've never had a bad experience here and the food is dependably good with a good variety on the menu.

When in Iowa I always try the pork offerings. The menu here had a pork chop dinner. It melted in my mouth and the sauce was not over-whelming. Good selection of local beer. We ate at the bar and had good service.

Thank Thomas C
