Tastee Inn and Out is a thing of the past. I think it's the last Tastee in town. I know the one on Court Street is gone. Like many other people in Sioux City, I grew up on these. I didn't realize that loose meat sandwiches without the sauce would be so hard to find around the country. My own... More

This business has been here for decades. A unique experience, stop and try their taverns they are a loose meat hamburger with their own secret recipe. Also try the onion chips!! With the special dip. I bet you come back again!

Really, I think most of us go here because it's the only place to get Tastees like we remember from when we were kids. You can't get these just anywhere - that's the draw. The prices have really shot up but the nostalga still tastes delicious to me. I doubt I'd enjoy it except for that though.

I could never make a trip to Sioux City without a stop at Tastees. I love their Tastee sandwich along with the onion chips & delicious dip for them!

I really was not a fan of the loose meat sandwich. Tasted really bland, and old as if it was left out all day. Shake however was really good, and fries were ok

When traveling we like to try local establishments. Son and I tried the combo of two loose meat sandwiches and onion petals. Onion pedals were mostly the coating onions are dipped in. They were not hot. In the drive up there were at least 20 cups of onion petals prepared and no light to keep them warm. Maybe we just... More

My first visit here and it was great. Tried the Tastee burger, a Chili Dog, and Onion Chips and Dip. Not the best meal to eat in the car (they have no dining room), and I didn't know the burger was "loose meat". No, the meat wasn't hanging around on street corners at night- it's loose like a Sloppy Joe,... More

In town for a couple of days so stopped by to get a bucket of onion chips, dip and the loose meats. Still as great as ever!
