Picked this pub from The Good Pub Guide. We were made most welcome by young staff. Cosy but with plenty of tables. Lovely log fire. Great menu. Service was prompt and friendly.

I'm sure they can. Book ahead & they will reserve a space for you. There are a few nooks which would be ideal for private parties.
