The first time we went to Main Street Cafe, it was very inviting. WE went mid-afternoon and we were the only ones there despite that, there was still a lengthy wait, but the staff was cordial, quick, and our food was great. We were so...More
We have been here many times in past years while visiting Berea, and we were a bit hesitant about coming again with the recent bad reviews here, but the food really was very good. Everyone in our party of 6 was happy. We had fried...More

When we were there 4 weeks ago, we knew they were having staffing issues. It didn't stop us from enjoying the great food. We look forward to visiting again.
Was not crowded. Took them 15 minutes just to come to take the order and an hour to bring a salad and sandwich. Worst service ever, badly understaffed in kitchen and wait staff. Food was decent but will never eat there again. Avoid.
