I have reviewed Chuy's before and stated that I just couldn't like Chuy's, well I've changed my mind! I attended a meeting there a week ago and I loved what I ate so much that I went back yesterday! The chips were good, the creamy jalapeño sauce is awesome, the veggie enchiladas are really really good! I will go back!

Tanner was our server. Knew the menu well that he advised me what was not too spicy. Kept our drinks flowing and the chips too. My third visit here and he was so helpful. Food was super fast and awesome. Best service yet!!!

The food was really good. The atmosphere was eclectic. Got there early so we got our food quick. The salsa could have used more seasoning. It appears they purée their salsa so you are not really sure of everything in it.

In my opinion there are far better restaurants in BG! I enjoyed their chips and salsa (seems to have a bit more cilantro) But as far a the good it was just average! The menu does have a lot of choices but then I just get confused!!

Traveling thru Bowling Green, we stopped here on a recommendation. Fun decor, good food (large servings) with fresh tortillas being made in the dining room. The chili rellenos are the best I have ever had! All of the chicken dishes use fresh oven roasted chicken. The chips and salsas are very good.

Cannot say enough awesome things about this place. The flour burritos (handmade while you can watch) are soft soft and tasty. Perfect with their soup! Most tasty chicken broth with huge chunks of all "Tex-Mex" goodness. Always super friendly service. Tempting drinks of all kinds. Their happy hour rocks;. All you care to eat nacho bar (out of a trunk... More

My husband and I were in town for the disc golf tournament, and per our tradition now we eat at this Chuys 2 nights in a row. They never disappoint. Food is amazing, service is amazing. We will absolutely be carrying on our tradition on our visit next year!

If you like nachos they have a free nacho bar at certain times and I think certain nights. Let me tell you that is what makes this place the best that white cheese sauce is A++++

Everything seemed fine. The only thing I found "wrong" was the cheese chili relleno being under cooked. The free hot salsa and thin crispy nacho chips are always a great bonus!
