We were here on our Honeymoon and wanted to have one really nice dinner out. This restaurant did not disappoint! It was the best (and most expensive) dinner we have ever had. It had a beautiful and romantic atmosphere. We liked how we got a tour of the kitchen to see the entrees before we picked out what we wanted.

There are several websites for this restaurant. (Per Todd, the current manager, it's because the restaurant has changed hands several times). What they all fail to mention is the cuisine is currently Thai. Being someone that hates Thai food this was a very unpleasant surprise after we arrived. I had a filet, since it was too ate for a venue... More

This was possibly one of the best meals I have ever had. The food was superb, the staff gracious and friendly and the building charming. I can't wait to go back. Worth every penny.

At first the concept of the menu was a little daunting, but after a tour to the kitchen (write a comment on the wall . . ) and a talk with the very talented chef, it all came together. You can order meat/seafood by the ounce and mix and match different flavors. It is wonderful, fresh, delicious food. The atmosphere... More

Fish was OUTSTANDING. Lamb Chops were P E R F E C T. View was exceptional. We went to several restaurants in STT and NONE compared to OSFH. In fact, we came back a second time. Yep, it was not cheap, but meeting the kitchen staff and telling THEM how to prepare your meal was JUST the way to run... More

If you're looking to celebrate something special then this is my pick hands-down. The chef and the entire staff want you to enjoy the food and the experience. Heck we even go for just "the girls night out". For us history lovers the building is magnificient to look out too.

If you are the most expensive restaurant on the island then everything should be spot-on. This place is without a doubt one of the best on the island but if you are comparing the elite against each other then Old Stone falls a little short of some of the others such as Havana Blue and Oceana. Both were exceptional and... More

The Old Stone Farmhouse is an award winning, fine dining restaurant. Set in a wooded valley close to the 11th hole of the Mahogany Run Golf Course, this restaurant is located in a 200 year old restored field house on the lush countryside of St. Thomas. It was created as a stable for a nearby Danish sugar plantation, and the walls are more than 2 feet thick. Ceiling fans and breezes blowing through the valley keep the place cool. The building's distinctive character is shown with native stone walls, original hardwood floors, brick arches, and a charming covered palm-lined courtyard. The restaurant features "Chef Inspired" fine dining in an intimate and elegant atmosphere. The cuisine is ingredient driven and will change with each season. The Old Stone Farmhouse is one of the most romantic and elegant dinner settings anywhere, offering old-world charm and a second-to-none dining experience. Personalized attention makes dining here a delight.
