By far, this is one of my favorite spots to come for lunch or dinner. Great value for the product they service. Wonderful buffet for lunch or dinner. And of course those wonderful yeast rolls that the size of softball.

I was passing through Liberty at lunch time so we decided to stop. I got the buffet. It was pretty good. Had some brown lettuce but not a lot. There weren't very many people at the restaurant so a lot of the buffet items had been out a little long. But the flavor was good. You could tell if it... More

I stopped in for lunch on a recommendation and was not disappointed. This is a quaint spot to eat with very good buffet style home cooking. Everything I ate was hot and very tasty. Peach cobbler was just okay, but the cinnamon rolls were divine! The service was prompt and friendly. Used flatware was removed before you got back from... More

If I travel within forty miles of this restaurant, I have to stop! I plan the timing of my business triips to Kentucky so I can be at the Bread of Life Cafe' at lunch time. It doesnt' matter which day you go, the homecooked meat and vegetables, and coblers are incredible. The staff is phenonemal, the food excellent and... More

For a good meal and a good cause, Bread of Life never disappoints. Whether you try the abundant buffet, the fresh salad bar, or an item cooked to order off the menu, you will be pleased. The wait staff is friendly, seems to know all the locals, greets everyone warmly, and performs their jobs masterfully. The kitchen staff keep the... More

We are locals. This is our go to place when we need comfort food, need a good place to meet with family, friends or business folk, or just want a good glass of sweet tea with lemon. Proceeds support Galilean Ministry. Staff is like family. A must stop if you are passing through Liberty, KY on US HWY 127.

I went to this place as I was driving from Lexington to Jamestown. I looked around for a bit, found a couple items I wanted to purchase. I took them to the front counter where there was no one at the register, I waited.....I looked at the people standing at the booth waiting for people to enter the restaurant, and... More

OMG, if you drive past this restaurant and don't stop, then you're missing some of the best meals ever! For $9.99, you get the best Amish prepared meals anywhere. Their buffet offers roast beef, roast pork, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, lima beans, green beans, cabbage casserole (outstanding), sautéed mushrooms, chicken and dumplings (fantastic), cornbread, fresh corn, salad bar, and much,...
