We arrived at Brueggers just after 4:00 on the Thursday before Christmas. Even though the door was locked, Collin opened up just for us and made a fresh pot of pumpkin spice coffee! He couldn't have been more hospitable or welcoming and the coffee was delicious. Thank you for going out of your way to make us feel special. Collin... More

Stopped by for a morning bagel breakfast sandwich. I had an egg ham and cheese on an everything bagel. Tasty. Service was fast and friendly. I had a refreshing iced coffee. The bagels are good by Louisville standards but just not up to east cost (NY/NJ) levels. Sadly none are (water/humidity/altitude differences???).

What a refreshing experience I had yesterday at this restaurant. I arrived a few minutes prior to closing time and they treated me with open arms. They gladly served me and allowed me to eat in the dining area no rush. They were helpful regarding the bagel options and cooking options for the bagel sandwich I chose. Everything appeared to... Loved the cinnamon and sugar bagel I got. Fast, friendly service and nice selection of fresh items daily. Great for Breakfast, Lunch or a snack. They have lots of tasty bagels but they also have a variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, and desserts. Friendly and helpful workers here too.

The bagels are freshly cooked, the cream cheese is pretty good. Note: the bagels are not even close to the bagels you can get in NYC or Chicago or Montreal or any big city (including Denver, LA, Miami), but they are so much better than the bagels sold in most of the US, that it's ok. We subsisted on Lender's... More

Breakfast sandwiches were great, including the skinny bagel. Do NOT get the everything bagel, though. Ours were extremely salty and I threw it away.

Just moved to Louisville. Not New York City bagels, but pretty good for a chain. Great service. Also, good sandwiches.

I am hoping that management will update this page. Bruegger's Bagels is my favorite breakfast place in Louisville. I like it more then Wild Eggs, Waffle House and IHOP. I really enjoy the salmon bagel, Or the breakfast bagels. My fav is Jalapeno Cheddar bagel with bacon cream cheese, and sausage egg and cheese.
