Unassuming exterior, amazing bread-sticks and deep-dish pizza. (it's not deep by Chicago standards, but it's a substantial and quite satisfying crust). If you like pizza, go here.

Neat, neat place! Local favorite, delicious pizza, great, friendly service and if it's your first time....the wait for your food won't be long enough for you to check out the pictures on the wall! Elvis and Marilyn are everywhere, some unusual poses and all interesting. The owner is usually on site, assuring everything goes well and the majority of the... More

Loved this place. Seems like a local favorite. Pizza came out perfect... lots of toppings and hot. They have honey for leftover crust. Server was great. Plan a little longer, but worth the wait. Takes about 15 to 20 minutes for pizza to bake.

Found this place when in Paducah last year- when I was able to come back through I was soooo looking forward to a pizza. I actually phoned in my order when I crossed the Tennessee river on I-24 and they had a steaming hot deep dish waiting for me! The staff are friendly and always have had great service. It... More

Pizza By the Pound is an asset to Paducah. The pizza is very delicious and unique for the area. The entire staff is very friendly and always willing to fix something if it is wrong.

Always liked the pizza at Pizza By The Pound. However tonight our service was worse than horrible! We waited so long that we finally went to the bar to ask our waitress to put our order in. The kitchen was not slow and was not the problem! Our order came out quickly and the pizza was good. But, our waitress... More

True 7lb pizza. Love the atmosphere of the place. A little dim and dark but comfortable. The pizza was great. Very heavy to say the least hut tasty and fresh. I will recommend to friends and family.

I get it, I totally get it- this is good pizza. I called in our order for take out on 12/5/16- see my pic for the proof. Their traditional crust is good esp. dunked in honey! They give plenty of toppings and they offer anchovies. My husband said it's definitely a dive bar which both of us like esp. if... More

Stopped here on our way home from Missouri to Nashville after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor. We were a little skeptical from the outside but after our breadsticks were brought to the table, we didn't care what the front of the restaurant looked like. They had fresh mozzarella melted on top and came with a great garlic butter and... More

We got a large pizza and a calzone as a late lunch while sightseeing. The food was good and reasonably quick. The kids were happy and that makes it great in my book.
