We like hitting local breweries, this turned out the be a brew pub, they stopped mass distribution and serve food. Great place in an old Fire Station. Indoor yard games (bags), board games, entertaining for the kids. They have an outside patio but it was...More

We searched in advance of our stay at Boomtown for a brewery nearby that offered food. This was a great find! Great dark beer, terrific pizza! Just three blocks or so from the hotel and great vibe, service, environment, beer and pizza. Highly recommend!

Awesome beer, amazing pizza and our server Caleb was the bomb!!! He was able to take the food and drink orders of this crazy gang, with all separate checks, and he didn’t write anything down and he got it ALL perfect! Simply amazing!

the whole office was there to see off two people that were moving to another location and to get departing gift. The lunch was awesome and the waitress was just as awesome.

Overall the brewery was really nice. It had good location and atmosphere and the thin crust pizza really hit it out of the park but the brews were thin and acidic. I would definitely stop in again but in hopes of better beer.

With a love for Northwest Louisiana, a thirst for unique beers, and a devotion to the Bossier community, we are always working to bring you innovative brews in an exciting atmosphere. Our desire is to push our craft to the limit. We started out as a small home brew group, and we will never forget our roots. Hot summer days slaving away in an under-ventilated basement to create batches of beer large enough to quench the palates of ourselves, family, and friends drove us to create a distinctive craft brand and fulfill our dream of opening a brewery in the Ark-La-Tex. We still have just as much fun brewing today as we did on day one.
