Waited over an hour for charbroiled oysters, grilled shrimp, an oyster po-boy, a blackened shrimp salad, a cheeseburger and three orders of red beans and rice. I suggest you get a beer and an appetizer and call it a day. Third time we have had to wait. I would go somewhere else but the youngster want red beans and rice... More

Great place to meet friends or family. More beer selections than one can't count. Safe place for the whole family.

The high point of the Chimes is its setting and the place itself. Mediocre food at best. The beer selection is great and the bar is very energized with a younger crowd. After many, many visits here, I still can't figure out what they cook best. I have had badly, over cooked burgers here. My recommendation is to drink several... More

This is a great restaurant/ bar . The location is spectacular. Sitting outside on the deck on a cool evening , you can see wildlife , including the goats that roam the property. It is a wonderfully romantic setting . The Louisiana seafood was the best of our trip and easily rivaled the bigger , known places in NOLA. The... More

In addition to the great food, Chimes has a bar with numerous beers on tap, and a bar staff that is very knowledgeable about each beers. They vary from local breweries to numerous international brews. The stuffed mushrooms are a favorite along with their charbroiled oysters.

This deceptively large restaurant features excellent Louisiana seafood as well as fresh, crisp, salads and an extensive selection of beers. The open atrium interior with rustic exposed logs looks rustic but in a very sophisticated manner blends its multilevel outdoor patios and decks with the airy interior. The prices are quite reasonable for the high quality of food and excellent... More

The chimes was good eating, and a decent atmosphere. A bit pricey but the food was delicious. A good place to experience some of the local food.

Awesome service and food is amazing.. Only bad thing is long wait sometimes but it is worth it. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet atmosphere, it is really noisy.

I have heard many people talk about this restaurant and drive by it all the time. From the outside is looks amazing, so I had family in town and wanted to try and different spot. It was a Friday night, so of course it was very busy, but even so the wait was just about 15 mins or so. The... More

TV's are everywhere. We were a group of 18 that had a room to ourselves and a buffet set up. The service was outstanding and the food was better than that. It was a little pricey but that may have been because of the room and buffet. I would go back to try other foods listed on their menu.
