My husband and I had dinner at Chart House on April 28, 2022. Our server was Brooke and she was assisted by Christy. It was such a relaxing evening!! Brooke was great -- she is very professional and was checking on us and making sure...we had what we needed the entire evening. We both ordered seafood dishes and they were beautifully presented and so delicious!! I had the shrimp trio under the prix fixe menu and was very happy with it. My husband ordered the redfish with the baja topping. The manager came by and visited with us and we were very impressed with him and all the staff we encountered. This restaurant is extremely well-run with fresh seafood and we highly recommend!More

Logan was an excellent server. It was our first time here, and everything from the view to drinks and food were spectacular! What a great dining experience. The “big Bloody Mary” was incredible!! We will ask for Logan again.

Went tonight for a birthday celebration and everything was perfect. Our waiter was Logan and he was awesome. He was very attentive and very much on point. He didn't seem rushed to do anything as far as taking our order or bringing drinks. He even...cracked jokes with us a little bit. He is definitely what this industry needs. They were not officially open and seating when we arrived early for our reservation but they cheerfully served us some coffee in the bar area while we waited. Our server, Logan, was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable about the menu items and was very attentive....We never had to ask for refills, etc. He was on it! Great Sunday brunch!More

My wife and I decided last minute to make a visit here to Chart House for brunch on Easter Sunday. We were lucky to get a reservation. We were warmly greeted and shown to our table. Our server Logan appeared promptly for drink and appetizer...orders. We each had a cocktail and ordered the Shrimp, Avocado and Mango Stack for an appetizer. They also brought us out some fresh baked pastries and small glasses of fruit. All of it was superbly delicious. For our meal we chose to share the Pontchartrain Omelette. The omelette was perfect and the shrimp, crawfish and crab in it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The hollandaise sauce on top was a great addition. After our meal we enjoyed some coffee with house made whipped cream that was fabulous. Logan is one of the best servers that we have encountered in our city. Very friendly, attentive, and knew the menu well. We even had a question about how my Bloody Mary was made, because it was delicious, so Logan had the bartender come chat with us about how they came up with the recipe. The service was equally as the food. I highly recommend Chart House to everyone!More

We decided on Chart House on a whim- We booked a reservation on OpenTable with only a 15 minute notice. When we arrive, we were sat immediately. The mimosas were so so good, but let’s talk about this bloody Mary! My husband is a bloody...Mary snob and I can tell you right now he gave their bloody mary a 10 out of 10!! Logan was punctual, informative and did not let our glasses go empty. He took note of everything and brought his best to the table- literally! Chart House has an asset in this waiter- no doubt. I’ll keep it to a minimum our server Brooke was absolutely flawless. She was very prompt and polite, went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were taken care of.
