The Wong family has run the restaurant since 1980 or earlier. It has stood the test of time in an area known for the discrimating diner. Consistently good food, beautiful facility. The Szechuan Alligator is a favorite. If you are from out of area and want a memorable Louisiana dining experience go for the alligator -- it really is very... More

1st time here for my BD. The atmosphere was really nice. The service for a Wednesday night was slow. We had the Complete Chinese Family Dinner for Four, $78.00, drinks included. We had the Egg Flower and Hot & Sour Soups. They both were enjoyed. We had Egg Rolls, they were okay. The table also ordered the Shrimp with Lobster... More

Recently had dinner here while visiting with our son, daughter-in-law and five grandsons. Everything was wonderful! We all ordered something different so we could sample a variety and we were not disappointed with any of our choices. The service was excellent. I would definitely go back!

They back room was perfect accommodation for some 40 people for our afternoon party. The food was delicious and very authentic. They served us an assortment of dishes.

I have to agree, not what they use to be. No beef in combo rice, burnt smelling egg rolls. Hit & miss consistency. Try Trey Yuen in Hammond, LA. That's where it is at !

Trey Yuen has awesome Chinese food. This is really the only place of its kind in the area. It has been a staple of mandeville for many years.

Grew up in the area 30+ yrs ago and go back to LA for family visits. Haven't been to Trey Yuen in years and decided to drop in. Service was slow, lots of empty tables but noticed many people waiting to be seated. Server in our area was friendly but noted someone else had called in absent so she was... More

Had lunch today. VERY disappointing. The hot n sour soup was oily and didn't taste right The Lemon chicken was served with Double Happiness which was not great and was not a good paring. The flavors clash. We just left the food on our plates - it was barely edible. Trey Yuen used to be good, but it has sadly... More
