Went searching for a muffaletta on the West bank. The first place we went (The Bistro) didn't have hot sandwiches on Sundays, but they were kind enough to direct us to Di Martino's. We were not disappointed: the muffaletta was huge (enough for four), loaded with meats and olive salad, and toasted to a delicious oily crisp.

I took a group to this location and all of us really enjoyed the food. I had the spaghetti & meat balls. My wife had the veal.

Good dining in a neighborhood atmosphere. Service was very good. Prices are very reasonable. The fried eggplant as an appetizer is delicious. The veal parmigiana is excellent. There potato salad is awesome. The roast beef poor-boy is also very good.

I enjoy this one because everyone can get what they want from spaghetti to seafood. Even Roman candy for the kids at the checkout. Go often and get lunch half shrimp sandwich and gumbo. She enjoys it.

One of the best sandwich shops on the Westbank. Instead of French Bread, they use a seeded Italian Bread, which is a little denser than the French. You can't go wrong with any of the sandwiches, especially the seafood and roast beef.

Good food reasonably priced. It's a nice restaurant if you are in the westbank and want more than fried seafood. It had a kids menu which was good for our group. Meals run about $8- $10.

The restaurant in Algiers on Gen.De Gaulle is not what you expect it to be, judging from the tv advertisements. It is set up like a fast food restaurant, but do not let this fool you. The Italian taste that you are looking for, is definitely here. This restaurant serves authentic Italian cuisine. (For sake of italian word for cuisine).... More

Di Martion's is a good New Orleans area place to eat. I love the po-boys and the hot plates. The Fried Eggplant dish is really good. They do a real good red sauce. I have never had a bad meal at any Di Martino's locations. The bread they use for the po-boys is the best.
