Love this store! Love that you can bring your own containers and that they have pour-your-own kombucha right as you walk in. Great selection, prices, and service. Everything you need and it's all awesome.

Any place that sells ginger ice cream is great in my book. The Belfast Co--op is a classic co-op from the 70s. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the have a great selection of local vegetables, as well as fresh fruit, a small (but delicious)...More

The Co-op is chock full of organic and healthy alternatives at reasonable prices. The folks working there obviously love their jobs. It is easy to tell from their cheerful demean. Love this place and we always stock up on provisions here when in Maine.

We came here virtually every morning for coffee. Nor only because it's the best, but because organic half and half is served with it. They also serve organic cream cheese with bagels. Virtually the entire store has organic processed, so it's the place to shop...More

Great products, great people, and a great experience. The friendliest town I have been in for a day. We will spend more time in this town next year as we come north to get out of Florida heat and aggressive driving.

There are certainly a lot of options here for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The selection is of high quality but don't forget it is a co-op so it isn't exactly cheap (and good quality food shouldn't be). Breakfast selections are good and there are just...More

Stopped by when visiting Belfast and found a large selection of fresh food. Didn't really need to shop but there were a number of unique selections, so we purchased a few things. Great food.

There is a large selection of organic products and foods. Pricier than the local grocery store but worth it.

Stopped into the Cafe for a healthy lunch while visiting Belfast. Enjoyed the cheese quesadilla & the chicken/pesto wrap. Very nice.

Description
Every morning look for a variety of items to start your day. We serve egg and cheese based breakfast sandwiches and burritos, as well as baked items from local bakeries. We offer a fantastic selection of organic and fair trade coffees from local vendors in a variety of different roasts as well as organic and fair trade teas. Eggs, bagels, breads, gluten free breads, and tofu are all locally laid or made. On weekends the deli offers breakfast from 8:00am to 10:45am. The breakfast menu is an expansion of our breakfast offerings during the week including eggs any way, omelets, home fries, breakfast burritos, huevos rancheros, and a daily breakfast special. All selections are or can be made vegan or gluten-free. In addition to our standing menu, the deli crew is always busy cooking up specials, hot entrees, pizza, burritos, and soups to wow the imagination. Utilizing organic and local vegetables, local breads, clean meats, and natural and organic raw ingredients, the deli strives to offer the healthiest mix of good food around. Have to grab something on the go? No worries...we've got you covered. Choose something from our service or grab n' go cases. These items are meant to be quick, easy, and nutritious. We've got something for everyone and it always hits the spot!
