After spending a day on the hill my wife and I went into Bethel and found a great meal at Cho Sun. We opted for the more casual seating in the bar and were able to relax. Started with the dumpling, and then had the Deuk Mul Mondoo and Udon soup. Both soups ere delicious!! Ended with a plate of... More

We've been coming to Bethel for 11 years - w/ younger kids - and had always eaten at the favorite standbys...pizza, pubs, Italian...we finally tried ChoSun and had a great experience. The food was fantastic and contrary to some negative comments, the service was outstanding! Scott took the time to visit with several tables...very welcoming....and took the time to answer... More

I had seen this restaurant and was reluctant to try it-sushi in Bethel? How fresh can it be? Asian food in a world of beer and pizza pubs, how "authentic" can it be? After hearing a few good reviews from friends, my husband and I decided to try it out. It is Very authentic. The chef happens to be from... More

Went last minute for my birthday for sushi and apps. Mussels were good, but the sushi menu was really lame. Not a lot of choices. Ordered soft she'll crab roll...looked good, tentacles on the outside...took a bite , and it was FAKE crab. Really, for $13 . Gave it away and left.

Our son is in South Korea and told us we needed to try bulgogi. Cho Sun had bulgogi on the menu so we went in. Beautifully decorated. The winner was born in South Korea and came to our table. Very nice! The bulgogi, lunch I and everything were delicious!

This was my second visit and I again ate at the bar, which had recently been redone to provide more space. It is very comfortable and a popular spot. The beer selection is good. The tuna roll was very tasty and the pork belly bulgogi nicely done. Spicy but not too. The wasabi potatoes were also good and this time... More

We enjoyed our dinner very much. The two of us split a Dragon Roll for an appetizer. The ahi tuna was outstanding, just barely seared. They have a nice selection of cocktails and some craft beers. I would go here again.

Recently friends took me to Cho Sun for the first time. Not only was the food outstanding, the experience was incredible. We went in early Sunday evening; the bar had a large crowd. We were greeted by friendly staff and our order was taken immediately. Our drinks quickly followed our order and the food was delivered in just minutes. The... More
