Great seafood at a great price! Good views of the water and very peaceful. One of the best lobster rolls I have ever had.

We were here years ago, and remember enjoying the fried clams more on previous visit. This time the coating was not as crispy, crunchy. Maybe just a one time less than great lunch. Will try again when in the area.

Enjoyed a great outdoor lunch at Bagaduce. Lobster rolls, salad, burgers and fries were all delicious. It was like an unplanned picnic eating outdoor under the pines by the water. It's a tasty lunch spot and highly recommended.

Always stop here each summer for the great fried clams and fried shrimp and beautiful dining on picnic tables outside. Only complaint is that the staff is very unfriendly. I have been dozens of times and it is always good food, surly service. I recommend swapping the tartar sauce for ketchup. If you want both they will charge you!

This is why people love summers in Maine. Bagaduce Lunch is one of the few remaining roadside stops for good food to take-away or eat at a water front picnic table. No wonder why they are celebrating the 70th year! Congratulations! No frills, nothing fancy just fresh seafood fried up perfectly. The onion rings are great with the fish basket.... More

Lunch was an order of fish and onion rings 13.50 and a small clam basket 19.00, the fish was fresh, fried just perfect, as were the clams. I agree with people that say Bagaduce lunch has the best clams. Onions rings are freshly prepared, not the frozen type, coleslaw was homemade also, very creamy, taste like there is heavy cream... Good take out place in a really pretty setting on the Bagaduce. Good variety of choices, really good crab rolls.

Read many highly favorable reviews of this place especially for the lobster rolls. However, I was disappointed. The lobster was swimming in mayo. In my opinion there should be only enough mayo to barely coat the lobster. I won't be back

A good lobster roll and onion rings. We sat on a picnic table in the shade overlooking the water which was really nice. Food was good but not great and a little disappointing for the cost. Bagaduce Lunch is listed as one of the top lobster shacks in Maine and a Beard award winner in 2008. Was it worth the... More

I had two sets of cousins who grew up in Castine; and I was told that I absolutely had to go here. From Camden it's an hour's drive and make sure you have a good GPS! My cousins' always used their boat to get here. They are celebrating their 70th year in 2016 and it is obvious why. It's a... More
