I was born and bred in Maine, and of course I have worked in restaurants like Cape Pier. I will be the first to admit that tourists can be very frustrating to deal with. However, the way that the staff treated my out-of-state family (and all of the patrons, seemingly) was absolutely embarrassing. The place was crowded, and there was... More

If you know how to find it, you will discover a charming and picturesque place, nothing fancy, but for lunch, away from the crowd of Kennybunk Port, it's great.

Seasonal seafood shack with decking on the water. Excellent lobster rolls lobster soup and clam chowders. Idyllic setting. Such an experience we returned next day.

Very very casual place on the dock, nothing fancy but good food. Served up by owner who was very friendly. Inside and outside dining on the water. Food cooked before you eyes. Enjoyed a 1 1/2 lb lobster that was delicious with french fries and cole slaw. Maine blueberry pie a MUST!

Liked this place so much when we stopped on the way "down East", that we stopped again on the way back to Boston. Lobster rolls, clam chowder and fried combination platter were all perfect. Prices reasonable. Nice view from deck. You will probably need to park down the road a bit because the adjacent restaurants control the lot across the... More

We found this place by accident, after taking a wrong turn. It's a little out of the way, but boy are we glad we stayed! This is a cute, small, no frills restaurant. Limited menu, and only 2 beers on tap. But the sandwiches were filled with seafood and very tasty. We sat out on the deck, and enjoyed the... More

After a leisurely drive up we stopped and enjoyed lunch on the dock as the sun basked us in 74 degree weather. Kathys fish sandwich. Was light flaky and cooked to perfection. My grilled salmon over salad was tasty and filling. Great first stop!

We stopped by in order to get a clam chowder. They have a big menu and since I wasn’t too hungry I took a hot dog along with my chowder! But my husband took a plate of Crab cake. The chowder was delicious. The crab cakes were ok but no more than that. There were three pieces and were very... More
