The atmosphere is warm and quaint. There is limited seating outside. The sandwiches are unique and the meats and cheeses are outstanding. I come here frequently when I am in town and it never disappoints! I can't wait to visit again!!!

Hip Community vibe. Live music on occasion, great soups, crazy great sandwiches. This is where people talk with each other at the counter, tables and couch... relax. If you are in a hurry - or want to take a picnic to go - call ahead. they can be slammed in the summer and still make YOUR breakfast or lunch as... More

Poor quality food, cute but not the place to eat. Used to be a good deli in town, long gone, bring it back and force this place away.

This is a charming small country store. Dont be fooled by the size, They push out sandwiches and serve an excellent breakfast. They have a display of all kinds of candy.. I particularly like their sandwiches, especially the smoked turkey. During the summer you can find their pre made sandwiches in the cooler at Waltz's soda fountain

Walk into Sumner Fernald's old-fashioned candy store and sandwich shop and be transported back in time. Wood floors, penny candy displays, ice cream fountain, knickknacks for sale. It at the counter or at (limited) tables or sit at a sofa. Great sandwiches; good place to meet and have conversation or coffee.

This place has an extensive menu of sandwiches. They do serve other choices; however, I go for their Italian sandwich. It's made on a sub roll that has a slight crunch to the crust rather than the soft oversized hot dog roll which is the Italian standard. It has all the vegetables you would expect on an Italian plus some... More

Best word to describe is, fun. This is an old time store with a little attached Bistro. Good food, and reasonable prices.

Great breakfast choices - try the red flannel hash or the eggs bigelow - both were excellent. It's a cross between a local gift shop and a cafe - and very casual. Will be back again next time we are in the area.

Cute little store with delicious ice cream and lots of other treats, breakfast, coffee. Loved the experience as much as the ice cream!
