If you are in the store you don't have to look any further for a great lunch. They had a sandwich and soup special that was really good. Not that many tables. You place your order at the counter and they bring it over. Not that pricey. Will return to this gem.

They don't serve this specific chowder every day but when they do, you have to have it. The Crabmeat is sweet and it has lots of corn and other vegtables to add to the brea... overall, one of the best chowders you can get.

So, our 1st destination after flying into Portland, before driving up the coast, was LLBean. Since we were starving, finding this little hidden deli was a life saver! Boy were we surprised with the healthy food offerings. Actually, it was hard to choose what to try, since everything looked so good! We had bowls of their homemade clam chowder and... More

The Cafe is rather inconspicuous, nestled in between the bows and arrows and the side entrance of L.L.Bean. The food, despite the somewhat limited selection is healthy and tasty and fresh. The Cafe offers only limited space but this gives it a rather cozy non-commercial feeling.

We stopped here for lunch after shopping at LL Bean. Great menu selection, generous portions (my husband and I split a wrap), crunchy pickles and huge cookies. Very reasonable. Loved it!

We went to LL Bean and found this little cafe on our way out of the main building. What a nice surprise! We split a wrap that was big enough for two!! Delicious, with fresh ingredients, a crisp pickle on the side and a huge cookie! Very reasonably priced and the service was quick. Don't pass by this cafe!

We were shopping at LL Bean and we needed something to eat since our favorite place had burned down last year. We looked at the menu and were trying to figure out if there were some good vegetarian options and we asked a lady that was cleaning off the counter top: she immediately said two sandwiches which sounded good to... How did I miss this cafe before? It's tucked into the hallway by the hunting fishing gear. Best kept secret at Bean. Get a wrap and share it. It's huge!! Best homemade pickles ever! Molasses cookies like Grandmommie made!! Yum!

While walking through the LLBean store, we looked at the menu and decided to give the 1912 Café a try. The sandwiches were delicious. The place was a little pricey but well worth every penny.

Went here for a quick bite before taking the last bus trip back to Portland . It's black friday after 6pm. The service was fast. I thinks they are overpriced or I was over charged. I ordered 2 crab and corn chowder soup (medium) and 2 apple cider drinks. After paying, the cashier( older lady between the two) tore my... More
