The entrées and appetizers were very unique and I must be frank some of them were a tad too exotic for me. However the entrees we did choose ...to the rice noodles dish, the caesar, the ravioli for example.... were wonderful and generous!

Good lunch at Earth at Hidden Pond. Very good salads and other natural foods at a quiet spot in the woods in Maine. Service was good for such a large group.

Beautiful place! We were greeted with valet parking and a pleasant valet. The building inside had beautiful and unique decor with amazing touches everywhere, the lighting, the fireplace, the flowers: all was tastefully done. We had a glass of wine near the fireplace while waiting...More

Exceptional setting, upscale rustic. Excellent food and drink! This is part of a "resort" which is very hidden, but worth the find. Much grown onsite, many interesting offerings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The food was excellent, from the appetizers to the main dishes. Service was prompt and very courteous. To end an amazing dinner, the lemon curd dessert was outstanding. Highly recommend.

We had dinner at earth. The first thing we noticed was the service, which was lacking. After waiting 15 minutes just to be noticed, our server seemed to have less than no clue about the menu. The restaurant itself is too crowded and claustrophobic to...More

Hi Gordon Unfortunately, I cant speak to what the chef is willing to prepare for you. I would however think that a place of that caliber would be willing to accommodste your dietary restrictions. Maybe ask when you make... More

"Business Casual" would be the best description of how most guests come dressed to Earth, but we do not have a dress code. Please come as you are and enjoy the food!

Simple yet innovative, Executive Che Joe Schafer's menu at Earth focuses on "farm to fork" freshness. In addition to local meats and seafood, ingredients are used from one of two onsite organic gardens-picked daily and incorporated into each dish to enhance the many flavors and provide a taste that only fresh ingredients deliver. Hand-made pastas, house-made charcuterie and wood oven fired pizzas are thoughtfully prepared and sure to impress your palate. Our wine program features selections from countries such as Argentina, Chile, and Lebanon, while inspired, signature libations are concocted with freshly muddled fruits and fresh herbs from the garden.
