This is the only place year round that locals in the cove could get a cup of coffee and watch the tide roll in. There are poor choices for breakfast in the cove. When I went to go get a cup, lo and behold it was a condo. I guess the owners made more money this way than selling coffee... More

Great coffee and try the pistachio muffins! Perfect place to rest your legs after walking the Marginal Way or shopping in the Cove. Try the Italian Sodas if it's a hot day. The people who work here are very friendly and the view is one of a kind!

The coffee and pastry selection was amazing. The sizes and prices for an ice coffee were perfect on a hot day as we sat and enjoyed the view of the ocean and then walked the surrounding shoppes! I can't wait to go there again!

The day we came, the machine used to make espresso, cappuccino, hot chocolate, etc was broken and it took over 20 minutes to get our drinks. In fact, we were not told the machine was broken and would be a long wait until after I had been waiting about 10 min and approached the barista to find out what was... More

I love the picture window views. I loved the coffee. The pumpkin spice was oh so yummy. But most of all I loved talking to the gentleman who in my mind is the owner... Wished I could have stayed a spell. We skipped rocks outside... Fun.

You can get the coffee inside. All the flavors and kinds possible. We carried our purchase outside and enjoyed a great view of the surf and grounds.

This establishment gets four stars thanks to friendly service and spectacular location, despite some short comings. First, it has no internet. Given the very touristy location, I presume they don’t want people hanging around and working or doing email. Neither did they have coconut milk, which I think is becoming de rigueur for coffee establishments in my opinion. Nevertheless, I... More

Another "must do" at Perkin's Cove, especially after walking the Marginal Way. Nice place for a coffee, hot chocolate or hot cider & fresh baked pastry (or a banana). Inside & outside seating, all with ocean views, friendly staff.

Great coffee selection. The best views inside and at the little tables outside. No restroom, but one a short walk away.

My husband enjoyed their iced coffee and I had their iced mint tea which was very refreshing. They had many options for beverages and sweets. Great location and gorgeous views from their outdoor seating.
