My husband and I always seem to go to the old port sea grill for the yummy oysters and they're delicious food and their impeccable service! When going to Portland we always say we're going to try something new but we are always magnetized back...More

Enjoyed dinner with my wife after making reservations at Old Port Sea Grill. We were seated immediately at a two person table between two other couples. While the closeness of the tables made conversation difficult with simultaneous discussions from both sides, we realize space is...More

Enjoyed lunch here on a Tuesday afternoon. We were hesitant to try this restaurant because it was suspiciously quiet, which is most likely because it's across the street from all the waterfront restaurants. The food and service were both excellent.More

We came here becaue it was highy recommended. Our experience was different. VERY noisy!, I had the Loster and it was $40. Good lobster but you can find 1 1/4 pound lobster elsewhere for about $25. My wife had shirp and it was over peppered....More

Thank you for your feedback. We do tend to get busier during the later hours in the evening, which may explain why it was quiet when you arrived. As far as the menu, we offer a full raw bar (6-8 varieties of oysters, clams, shrimp,...More

We arrived very early for our reservations. We were told they couldn't seat us right away, but we could sit at the bar until they could accommodate us. Very nice, but strange because there was only two or three tables seated in the dining room...More

Went here because it was the only reservation we could get before fireworks. There was just something about this place that just didn't seem right, and we should have walked away. To be fair, I am not from New England but I do know tasty...More

We have had a ton of good food in Portland. This may be the best Lobster, yet it is definitely the place in Old Port to go if you want peace and calm dinner or lunch. I highly recommend. A few dollars more than several...More

No, does not have outside tables, but if you can sit in the tables in front of the big windows, you feel as if you are outside!

Description
TO VIEW OUR CURRENT MENU, please visit our website. The Old Port Sea Grill, opened in the fall of 2002, is located in the heart of Portland's historic Old Port district. Our modern interior features a custom concrete bar, a large lounge area and a dining room that can accommodate up to 60 guests and features a 250 gallon salt water fish tank. Our seafood driven menu focuses on a variety of local and imported fresh fish and shellfish, with an emphasis on east coast cold water oysters and other raw bar offerings. We pair that with a food-friendly wine list, local craft-style beers on draft and an extensive cocktail program to make for an exciting dining experience.
