We stopped at Rosie's for lunch. We were seated right away and received standard service. The atmosphere was pretty basic with no frills. That day someone had apparently burned something in the kitchen and the smoke had wafted through the restaurant enough so to be stinging my eyes. I ordered a chicken caesar salad and found it passable, but not... More

We stopped in here for lunch and it was wonderful. The wait staffis very accommodating and helpful. The food is very good too. We ordered the black bean sliders and they were plentiful and delicious. We'll be back here again when we visit Portland.

A great little pub in the heart of Portland. The food is cheap but very good! its always pretty packed and loud but has a great atmosphere. The menu is very versatile and has something for everyone. Really good place for a good cheap eat!

Attempted to go there Thursday night with a small group. Bouncer, after already beeing rude when asked a question, wouldn't accept my spouce's valid, 21+, United States Green Card. Absolutely apaling. Claimed it was "owner's policy" and that was that. Well I'm not sure what rock this "owner" lives under, but it is absolutely a valid form of ID. Definitely... More

Rosies specializes in a few things. Everything. I reccamend the less traveled things, like a Reuben. Add a local beer, you have heaven. Its not expensive, has nearly something for everyone, and a good selection of local beers to sample. A great take out is the lobster bisque or New England style Clam Chowder. Or just have a bowl, and... More

We walked by this place a few times and finally decided to give it a try. So glad we did. There is a lot to choose from on the menu. I had the sliders - 3 mini cheeseburgers - they were really good. Came with a good helping of fries but the sliders was so filling I only had 2... More

Went looking for lobster rolls and tried Rosie's. Don't know if this was typical but the rolls were loaded with way too much Mayo on the meat.

One of the last sort of neighborhood bars. Casual bar atmosphere, friendly staff, good food, and some cheap beer. My friends loved it. I always have.

This place had a feel of a local pub, but the food was really good. I got the Motherload burger, which was bigger than my head. The quality was really good. Others got salads, soup, and sandwiches. Everyone really liked their meals. It had a really nice feel, as the staff was friendly and quick.
