Went last weekend and had some of the worst service I've had in a long while. Food was subpar. Nachos were burnt on the outside and cheese wasn't melted in the middle. Tried to order a rueben and the waitress said it was not available as it was coming off the menu. A $9 lunch salad was just a bowl... More

We ate here on our first night in town after a long drive. The wait staff was prompt and helpful. The food was good and reasonably priced. I like the decor, it had a Halloween theme. There was a musician who had a nice range of songs, played well and sang competently.

My family and I were on a trip through coastal Maine were getting lobstered out...we looking for something simple in the off season that wasn't killer expensive. We decided to stop here and try it. It was a great choice! Not only was our server awesome, but all of our meals were very good also. They incorporated local ingredients where... More

Trackside Station is a bit off the main streets of Rockland, located in the old train station at the end of the rail line. The interior decoration isn't anything remarkable, and reminds one of being in an open plan pub with corner televisions to satisfy the bar clientele. Our orders arrived some time after ordering and were unremarkable. The french... More

We stopped by for a family meal and ended up participating in the "all ages open mic" on Friday night. Fun! It has a neighborhood pub atmosphere. Food was good -- we had a fried fish sandwich and steak sandwich with sweet potato fries, regular fries and onion rings. Our son wanted to perform a song from his favorite TV... More

Great food as always. Service was excellent. This place needs to get more attention as it is great. Plus live music. Simply the best.

My husband and I attended a conference in Rockland . We stopped in for dinner and had an awesome time. We sat at the bar and had great conversation. Tonight I went in to look at the new menu that Trackside premiered, and I was overwhelmed with all the great options! I decided to go with something off of the special board and got the Cajun Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo. It was absolutely delicious! Keep up the great work and the improvements Trackside! I will be back very shortly. :)

Doherty, a Johnson & Wales graduate, brings a great deal of experience to Trackside with a diverse background. Doherty has worked in restaurants for most of his life, learning all facets of the business from front of house to back of house. Customers can enjoy fresh cuisine with house-made items. Doherty cures all of Trackside’s bacon in-house, grinds meat for a custom burger blend as well as bakes their sandwich rolls daily. Trackside offers a variety of seafood including fresh Maine lobster and crab meat, shrimp, scallops, clams and haddock.
