Basically the same as many of these seadood places. Place your order, collect your food and eat. Food was good. Wish they offered more than fries, onion rings and coleslaw. None of these places offer a vegetable or a plain baked potato which would be a good option. Their clam chowder was excellent, thick and creamy. I had the baked... More

My family and I go to OOB every summer and Kens is a must. We've made it a tradition to go every year. Food is fresh and delicious. Great variety. They have a kids menu. I personally love the baked scallops and crab roll.

The food was good and the prices were reasonable. Crowding meant long lines and limited seating, however.

I mostly come to Ken's for takeout even in high season. You can call in an order and do not have to stand in the long line ... the second window serves the takeout customers. If you are caught in the order line you can have someone stand in line and you go to the bar for some oysters or... More

We live in Maine about 30-45 minutes away. I can not tell you how many times we have driven by Ken's Place over the years on our way to Old Orchard Beach. While on vacation this past October we stopped in. A very delightful decision on our part. First impression, big parking lot with outside picnic tables and bathrooms. We... More

We discovered Ken's a couple of years ago on Trip Advisor and are very glad we did! We make the drive up to Portland 5-6 times a year as our get-away place and Ken's is right on the way. It takes us just over 2 hours to get to Ken's and it's worth the drive every time. There is plenty... More

We are fried clam connoiseurs so to speak, so felt Ken's, with their locally acclaimed breaded or battered fried clams were worth a try. Don't expect much, ambiance wise. They seem to flow with the local bare table/ cafeteria seating sort of atmosphere, which some find charming. We didn't. Short story, the fried clams(breaded) were okay, not bad but a... More

We are Full-Time RVer's and we travel from place to place about every 2 weeks. We leave reviews for every place we visit. We were going to eat here however we were looking to be served not self served. So, we decided to sit at the bar and have some Oysters and Drinks. They were fresh and everything was great... More
