After my visit, here are my pros and cons at Harraseeket Lunch and Lobster. You may agree or disagree. Pros 1) If you like fresh boiled lobster this is the place for you. 2) If you like atmosphere, you are right down by the water where the lobster men unload their catch. Great view from the dock nearby. (Not so... More

Ate here after a ferry ride. My husband got the crab cakes, which he said were extremely small and not good. We also got lobster. The was good but, not great. For lobster in Maine on the dock we paid as much for it if we bought it where we live in upstate NY. Its a tourist trap. Go out... More

Lunch was a good experience today. Started with a surprise that they DON'T TAKE CREDIT CARDS! Lobster roll (cold with mayo) was okay. Fish basket was also okay missing any seasoning on the fish or breading. Lobsters were great and a fair price. Would forego other items and go with whole lobster. Sides were good.

Tucked away off the beaten path, be prepared to pay IN CASH for your meal. ATM is located inside, but most of the activity is taking place outside. Bring your own bottle, as this venue does not serve alcohol (BYOB is acceptable). Variety of fresh seafood on offer from the lunch counter or fresh lobster accompanied by steamed clams and... More

We have been coming here for years - and always a crowd pleaser. The lobsters are delicious and always have an easy time getting a seat. We head out for several lobster meals on each trip to Maine and this one is always a favorite.

Was here a couple of years ago and it's still just all right to me. Friends had a 'new' whole lobster that was good. Lobster rolls were just OK. We've had much better {at Red's Eats}. Fried shrimp were teeny, tiny, but all right. Much of the choices are fried. Cash or checks only, but there's an ATM inside. There's... More

We enjoyed our annual and sometimes bi-annual visit to Harraseeket. Try the fresh fish sandwich with American cheese, you won't be disappointed. The corn bread is delicious and so are the onion middles. If you go around the corner to the lobster pound you can get the most delicious lobster bisque, it had full claws and was fantastic!

Ate dinner here this evening with friends, the location is right on the water, this is a self service restaurant. The food is good, the prices are high for the seafood dishes. This is a been there done that place, but it is fun to eat at the waters edge.

Being from Pennsylvania we could not believe you could get a whole lobster dinner for 25 bucks. Nice seats right along the water. Fresh sweet lobsters and steamers. Would go again in an instant. We were referred there by our hosts from James Place Inn, Robin and Tori.

Longtime favorite for order at the Windows, eat at outdoor picnic table harbor side. 3 different order Windows; sandwiches and fried food, boiled lobster, clams and corn, and dessert $25 whole lobster, 1lb of clams and ear of corn. Upgrade to a bigger lobster is a good choice. Classic lobster shack with good shaded tables. Pie and ice cream at... More
