We stumbled on this place recently while exploring the Pemaquid Peninsula on a recent foggy and rainy day. It was a weeknight just after Labor Day when a couple of our preferred destinations were closed. The Slipway is rustically charming, and the food was fresh...More

when the tide is in, this is the place to sit, eat and relax with friends. There's a great bar setup at the end of the dock, the lobster rolls are quite full of meat, and the fries taste very good.

The test? Serving seven children, three of them very well behaved but under five; two teenagers, and eight adults, all of them very good cooks and picky restaurant goers. We had made reservations but ran late; when we got there, on a very busy Sat...More

Our last seafood meal before heading back to the Midwest. We were not disappointed! We had a variety of appetizers- the tuna and the mussels were amazing! I had to have lobster once more, so I had the lobster roll. It was full of lobster!...More

Quiet and out of the way. Webcams upon this gem by chance. Worth the go. Super fresh lobsters cooked to perfection. Local clams, steamers, oysters and muscles sealed the deal. Great eats and the views at sunset were truly amazing.

Great Service! The Sracha cauliflower is a must. All of our seafood was fresh and well prepared. Wild caught muscles were outstanding!

Had wonderful experience tonight. Started off with monkfish fritters and fried oysters. All were top shelf - hot and well prepared. Hubby had lobster roll and I the pan seared haddock. All were perfectly prepared. The French fries were amazing. For dessert we had blueberry...More

My SO liked this restaurant more than I did. When spending $100+ per couple you should expect exceptional food. The monkfish fritters were excellent (you should try monkfish if you haven't had it). My haddock was a generous size piece, but overdone and a bit...More
