It was one of those warm days in February, so they were unexpectedly busy. Service was slow, but we were in no hurry, so that was fine with us. Good view of the bay. I had a crab cake with two sides, very good, no complaints. The Restaurant Week special menu was very nice and very well priced. Good quality... More

Free money monthly ($20) and for your birthday another $20 present. $40 isn't sneeze money for free. The location is on the Chesapeake bay with a beautiful view to the eastern shore. Lovely hotel that gives discounts from time to time. Restaurant is a little pricey but not a show stopper. They are a little tight on seating but you... More

Reasonably good food but overly priced. Must be paying for the view. Nice breakfast buffet but again a bit steep.

We are local patrons. Haven't been to R&R for years but we were intrigued by the OYSTER FESTIVAL ads so tonight we gave it another go! Hostess asked "window or space away from window," so we of course said window. Mistake #1. The only table available was a booth with 1 ft of space from back to table and a... More

Ordered the Halibut special which was very good. My husband ordered the crab cakes. Not a piece of lump crab to be found. Looks like they were made with the cheapest crab. Crab bisque was quite good. Warning...they serve cheese and crackers, and the port wine cheese contains horseradish. Pretty unpleasant. We split a bread pudding. both the bread pudding... More

Stopped for dinner while staying at the hotel. The Rod n Reel prime beef burger was good, but the crab cake sandwich was more of a crab cake meatball on a bun. Very poor example of a crab cake.

We celebrated a colleague's retirement at the Rod n Reel and had a wonderful time. There was valet parking. You may find this helpful in case there are not any spots close to the entrance. Our fixed menu was caesar salad, steak or chicken, mashed potatoes, and green beans. I had the steak and it was excellent. The servers, bartender,... More

My real estate agent took me here for lunch showing me the area. I thought the food was good but maybe a little expensive for lunch. Appropriate for dinner. I will return.

I had dinner here with my son and his beautiful wife. I liked everything about it. The food was excellent, the service was top notch and the setting, mood of the room was very comfortable. Missed the view, didn't realize the days are getting shorter. I visited the bar and upstairs casinos. I came out a winner but, wanted to... More
