I enjoyed this place, a hole in the wall bar frequented by locals. We immediately struck up a conversation with our bar mates. The drinks are cheap, the bar small. We did not venture into the music hall part of the bar. They have decent menu- four versions of a turkey burger, some appetizers and a couple of salads. Where... More

Was in town for a wedding and came here on what was a prohibition era party. It was odd to see everyone dressed in their flapper outfits and such, especially since we didn't know if that was a normal occurrence. We ended up coming here both nights we were in town. The drinks were good. We didn't stay for the... More

We were out of towners relaxing in western maryland for a weekend - had someone recommend this place for live music - - it's a great spot. Band was great, decor fun, interesting mixed-age crowd. I think our 5 drinks were $12. Give it a shot!

For a tiny hole in the wall, they have an amazing, inexpensive selection of craft beers. They have very little food, but I could have enjoyed wonderful beer all night. The service was attentive and friendly. If I ever was in Frostburg again, I'd go back to this place.

I was attracted to dantes because of the music but that was a big mistake. A large rude man named ogre who works there made comments sexually harassing me and I left immediately. He should be fired.

If you want some of the freshest and tastiest food in Frostburg, CJ's Red Giant restaurant in Dante's is the place to go. Tapas Tuesday is the best, but the selections on any given night are terrific. Martini Monday is a good day too. How's the bar service you ask? The beer selections on tap are usually very good.

We stopped in here at the early evening while visiting from out of town. It's an old/historic building with a narrow bar area leading to a restaurant area in the back (not visited). Not too fancy but inviting. We sat at the bar. There was a large selection of beers and the bartender Jessica was very friendly and efficient. We... More

This is one of the most interesting bars in Frostburg. They always, ALWAYS have great live music. It's really a great Bluegrass venue. So great I feel honored that some of these performers have been to Frostburg. Ther service is very friendly but sometimes slow since Dante's gets packed from time to time. The prices are decent but sometimes there's... More
