We've been to this Phillips (a chain) in BWI a number of times in the past, flying in-and-out of the airport often. It's usually our favorite stop if we have time, waiting for our flight. In the past, the crab cakes were just so-so, compared to others in the area. Expensive for what you get though. We always loved the... More

I had written a previous review and raved about this place as I have eaten here several times when I have had a change of plane. This time was a tremendous disappointment. I ordered the crab soup and it was terrible. My husband ordered the crispy fish filet and added butterfly shrimp and everything was cold. The shrimp looked like... More

Overpriced Just OK food once it finally arrived Worst service - we waited for food forever at an airport restaurant - the place was emptying out not filling up - so no excuse - totally disorganized operation

Well, my flight was cancelled and I had few options. It was too late at night to get a rental car and since I was rebooked on an early morning flight, it didn't make sense to try to find a hotel room for a few hours. The gate agent told me most people just stay in the airport (guess they... More

Review is for BWI Concourse A location. Seafood limited to crabcakes and a shrimp item. Freshest item was steamed shrimp with Old Bay. It is recommended if your pocket can manage. It is in the airport after all. Has table service & serves alcohol.

We had the crab cakes; one of us should have tried a piece of fish instead. The crab cakes were more breading and less crab than we had expected/hoped for, but the flavor was good. Sides (veggies, cole slaw, mashed potatoes were our choices) were good. Two sizes of wine pour available; we went for the large pours and were... More

I have had better seafood food at a very low end buffet, Long John Silvers even blows this place out of the water for 75 percent less money. I had the fried shrimp. It was way overcooked and 95‰ breading with no flavor whatsoever. The butter garlic mashed potatoes were so old they had started to turn brown. The coleslaw... More

I actually look forward to my flight changes in Baltimore. I always make time to have a wonderful dinner at Phillip's. Get a REAL Maryland crab cake. Nothing tastes as good. The food is delicious and the servings are ample. They have plenty of staff to take your order quickly and bring you the food quickly, too. They know that... More

We had lunch here on our layover and couldn't have been happier. Absolutely delicious food, just like the "real" Phillips. Not a cheap meal but well worth the money. Highly recommend.
