A great authentic Mexican cuisine adventure.

A great authentic Mexican cuisine adventure. I first discovered Mi Pueblo on a trip back from Ohio. I stayed in Fairmont West Virginia and it was recommended to me by some Mexican construction workers at my motel. I was so impressed that when I returned to Baltimore, I checked to see if any were in my area. I found this one in Glen Burnie and tried it last night for the first time. Again, I am so impressed by the service and the quality / quantity of food you receive for your money. I couldn’t eat all of my food, but luckily since I’m not in a motel room this time, I could take it home. I will be returning more than once. I highly recommend this establishment.

Like being invited into someone's hacienda!

We needed a convenient place to meet, and we found a new go-to for Mexican food and a fun atmosphere. The food was excellent, and it was fun to have the fresh guacamole made right at the table. We will definitely be returning.

You will love this place!

What a great place with a myriad of menu options. The staff was incredibly attentive and were quick to unobtrusively check on our company. The shrimp fra diablo was off the charts! A fun place to celebrate with the owner coming out to check on things and engage our table with amiable conversation. I'm a beginning Spanish speaker and the staff played along with my endeavor to participate in a conversation. What great sports! A hidden gem in Glen Burnie that we will be returning to in the future! 5 Stars!!!

Tonight was disappointing

We’ve been to Mi Pueblo numerous times and it has always been very good. Tonight however, other than the service, was a disappointment. The waitress got my wife’s order wrong. Rather than the vegetarian entree she ordered, she was brought 3 shredded chicken enchiladas. When her correct order arrived it had no doubt been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. The tostada shell was stuck to the plate and couldn’t be picked up. My order, while correct, had also been sitting under the light. The beef in the burrito was dry and the red sauce had soaked into the shell. The enchilada shell was also dried out. Sorry Mi Pueblo, but you missed the mark tonight.

I had lunch with a friend at this restaurant. Everything was super clean and the food was outstanding. Our server was very attentive. Can’t wait to go back.

This restaurant has almost all latino staff if not all. Food and service exceeded my expectations for that price. Generous servings and pleasing to the palette. Convenient parking and reasonably priced.

love the food hate the rude people working there

We love the food but the young girls that seat you are extremely rude to customers. They are not taking precautions during this covid 19 either. They use same menu for all customers and never wipe off. They do not wear masks or require customers to wear masks. I left without getting an order cause of the unsafe health conditions

Great atmosphere and good service

Went for the first time as we've been looking for a new Mexican restaurant after our regular one closed down. Mi Pueblo was full and we had a short wait to get a table. We were promptly greeted and drink order taken. The service was very good and the prices reasonable. We enjoyed the food although the sauces and flavor were different than we are used to, but overall the food was good.

Good food, spotty service

I enjoy the food, it is consistently good and the fresh guacamole is worth the $9.50. The service on the other hand leaves a lot to be desired. Most times our order taken is taken within a reasonable amount of time other instances I have been there and it seems like there are no waiters working. When someone finally does make it to the table it seems they are very uninterested or just down right rude. I struggle because I like the food, but some of the wait staff makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

Went to Glen Burnie location and ate dinner with my family. Probably wouldn’t go back. Food was not very good and the service was average. Like most Mexican restaurants had too many items on the menu and all of our meals were poorly prepared. Less items that they do well would be better for me.

Good food, price is right

Have had several meals at MiPueblo. the menu is good. The fresh guacamole is delicious. The Fajitas are quite good. Needed a doggie bag. Would go back. The furniture is all handmade. Worth a visit.

Not worth it!!! Go elsewhere

Do not waste your time!!!! I would rate -5 if I could. Stopped here for carry out and gave the man at the counter my order. I had a bad feeling when he gave me a funny look as I ordered. I paid and he told me it would be 15 to twenty minutes. No one was at the bar by the door and I waited patiently for my food. I continued to wait while I watched the bar fill up, dine in patrons be seated and served and another carry out customer come and go with her food. Finally after 30 minutes, someone said “it’ll be out in a minute”. That one minute turned into eight more minutes. I finally walked up to the counter and THAT got the staff moving. Someone went in the back to put my order together. They asked me at least twice during my wait what I had ordered. Finally, after a 45 minute wait I was on my way home. When I unpacked the food, it was ALL COLD!!! Yes COLD!!! The taco salad, chilaquiles, even the fajitas. Who knows how long it was sitting in the kitchen while they made me wait. That on top of the fact that they shorted me the 3 tacos that were part of my order. Lesson learned. I will never go here again and caution you against going here too if you don’t want to waste your money.
