I will start with the servicer Marco which was excellent and everyone who helped serve our table from the bus people and the gentleman who fillet the Dover Sole. The Calamari Ala Griglia as always was the best you will ever have in any restaurant. The Sachetti di Pasta ai Porcini tasted great and the Dover Sole was Excellent. I would recommend not ordering the Agnolotti just not up to par. The policies of this restaurant are strange. You are paying almost $40 for a meal and the sides that comes with that meal you are not allowed to eat. Example: you cannot eat Brussel Sprouts or potatoes management will not change for a Vegetable such as Spinach that is on the menu. Unless you pay extra believe me Spinach is not more expensive that Brussel Sprouts.

Don’t let the strip mall fool you. It’s an upscale authentic Italian restaurant. The service is impeccable. We ordered the fried mozzarella to start, it was fresh mozzarella wrapped in a homemade croissant. It was creamy and delicious. I ordered the scampi all’ erba cipollina. It was jumbo shrimp with a serving of mashed potatoes and green beans. The white wine sauce was decadent. My boyfriend ordered the lobster ravioli, it was a chef special. It was also delicious. For dessert we ordered the creme brulee and flourless chocolate cake. Both were amazing.

Excellent restaurant! Food is fabulous. Waitstaff attentive and will make special orders, too. With the pandemic like many restaurants today, they are short staffed. They work hard at making sure you don’t feel that impact. The owner cares about his food, his customers and his staff. For those of you that think a reservation gives you the right to sit at a table all night is rude. Many restaurants are limiting the amount of time allocated to a reservation. Absolutely fair. Especially when your time is at 5:30. Move on.

This was a lovely, clean restaurant with a modern vibe. The service was excellent. We arrived later in the evening and it was not busy, so very enjoyable. The food was presented nicely and a large serving but just average. We took home doggy bags but none of us felt we wanted to eat the remaining portion. Maybe we will try again and a different dish when we are back in the area.

We go there once every 2-3 months, no more. We had to wait 20 minutes for a menu and drink order. Both meals were returned to the kitchen due to being too cold. No one cared of came out of the kitchen to say sorry for the cold steak and pasta.

Incredible, an unexpected perfect treat. If you know food and would love to be impressed with a remarkable menu, great service and cuisine that pays attention to detail, this is your place. The owner Nick has done his job at keeping this restaurant focused on service and an extraordinary menu that will not disappoint. Honored to have dined with Arturo's.

Four of us pilots went to Arturo's for dinner. A phenomenal evening! Nick the owner greeted us, escorted us to our table. Started out with an expensive bottle of Amarone wine (it was well worth it!). Adonis our waiter brought us fresh hot bread. We split an entree between the four of us because it sounded to delicious to pass up: lobster ravioli. And it was incredible. Homemade pasta with chucks of lobster in the sauce too! I had the veal chop, stuffed with prosciutto and parmasean. Best veal chop in my lifetime! Tender and moist, perfectly cooked. There is a reason this place was voted #1 Italian restaurant in the Baltimore area. It just does not get any better than this! Spendy, but again worth it! I look forward to seeing Nick and the crew again.

Lobster ravioli tender and generous with lobster. Pear and ricotta pasta in gorgonzola sauce unique and tasty. Linguine alla vongole great with lots of clams. Wonderful bread.

This restaurant is so much fancier and authentic than I would have expected with the location! We lucked out and were able to get a table for 2- we got there as it opened at 5. The good was amazing and authentic. Fair warning- the prices reflect the quality, not the location. We did have a little sticker shock, but we should have researched the menu before coming. This would be wonderful for an anniversary.

What a gem! Attentive service - Anthony answered every question and met every request. The Food was fresh, delicious, and creative. Portions are generous but not wasteful. The rooms are cozy and carpeted which muffle noise. The wine list has a good variety

Enjoyed lunch here on a rainy Wednesday. Started with the lentil soup which was hearty and delicious. My main course was the Chicken Parmigiana. I had no problem substituting Brussels sprouts for the pasta. The parmigiana was delicious as well. The waiter was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

The food is amazing! Amazing place, wonderful food, very well seasoned and balanced. Very good service, everyone was very polite and attentive. Fully vegan options, snacks, desserts and drinks. They won me over with their Carpaccio di Manzo. I highly recommend trying it.

We went to Arturo's Trattoria for the first time on our 34th or 35th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the wonderful food and service so much on that occasion that we decided to try it again for our 37th. We were hoping that the restaurant had not suffered terribly from Covid shutdowns in terms of wait staff retention or quality of food. We were correct. My husband enjoyed a spectacular appetizer of mussels and clams in a lively tomato sauce. I knibbled a few clams and agreed that they were delicious. Perfect with the fresh, hot bread served with olive oil and provided in ample portions to allow dipping in sauces of appetizers and entrees. For dinner, he enjoyed perfectly prepared lamb with rosemary; I had a fish dinner on my prior anniversary so decided to see what Arturo's could do with a tried and true: veal piccata. The veal was fresh and tender, with a perfect lemon and wine sauce that did not mask the rich butter included within it. I also appreciated its tiny, delicate capers imported from Spain (per the chef) that added a hint of salt without overpowering the dish. Sides of mashed potatoes and sauteed green beans were perfect. Wine choices are extensive and we were treated to a complimentary dessert of hazelnut creme and chocolate cake with an exquisite chocalate ganache glaze. I appreciated that they made a true, light ganache---not the heavy, plasticized chocolate so many restaurants stick on cakes and claim as ganache. The only sticky moment was when we were told there was a charge for parmigiana-reggiano grinds. Our server indicated that supply costs were causing the upcharge. The management thought about it and then told us the charge would not be added. We were prepared to pay it, but it is nice that they thought about how customers might react to an added charge for something so essential to an Italian meal as sprinkled parmigiano. Our hostess and server were both very attentive and kind, as was the manager who came over to inquire about our meal. We arrived on a Wednesday evening which was quiet but not empty. Made me remember how neighborhood restaurants used to be, before chains came with mass market food and loud decibels of music blasting from bars. It was also nice to have fellow diners who understand that dinner casual does not mean every limb and appendage on the body exposed. Very nice, chill vibe. You won't regret a dining experience at Arturo's or their sister restaurant in Annapolis. Just know you have to go off the beaten path to a strip mall in Glen Burnie. Quick access to 301.

AVOID—GOING DOWN HILL. This was horrible. First, we had no waiter? The maitre d took our order and the busboys asked if we wanted the check. The 'waiter' came by for the first time as we were finishing our entrees and tried to schmooze us, offering to speak Italian for us as if that was something we would be stupidly wowed by. We ordered an 80 dollar bottle of wine but no one ever refilled our water or wine or asked if our meals were okay. No one spoke to us the entire time except to take our order and get the check... Really a weird experience. Do not go.
