Not good for vegetarian options. Food is moderately okay. French fries are super good. Half done pickles are available.

Very good corned beef, pastrami and hot dogs but very limited options for vegetarians. Service ok and prices are very reasonable. Plenty of free parking is available.

The Deli certainly knows how to smoke their meats. Huge portions and the liver sandwich was outstanding. A busy place on a Sunday afternoon.

Dear JimM1146, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with others. Glad you enjoyed the food. Day after Yom Kippur is always busy, especially when the weather is terrific. Thanks again, Guy Brandt

With better mustard (hated that water drip from the awful plastic squeezer) and a pickle to dress up the sandwich, Brooklyn's would have rated a VG review. Omelette with Nova was fine, albeit a tad skimpy. Then again, the setting is great, outdoor patio with...More

Thanks for sharing! We are very proud of our food, staff and customers. The Reuben is a classic sandwich. We are particularly fussy about our fish, thank you! Hope to see you soon!

This deli is a great place for breakfast and lunch! The pancakes are unbelievable! My favorite is the chicken salad and egg salad. The matzoh ball soup is also amazing. Can't wait to go back!

The restaurant is pretty typical of a deli - nothing fancy but good food. Service isn't the best, but good variety of tasty food.

Went to the Brooklyn Deli with Jewish friend who said she liked their corn beef better than a nearby deli. We ordered a corn beef sandwich, a pastrami sandwich and potato latkes. All were delicious. The staff was accommodating with special requests to toast the...More

Description
Brooklyn inspired Jewish deli offering breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. We specialize in the traditional delicatessen meats and smoked fish. Our corned beef, pastrami, brisket, roast beef and hand carved turkey are all "home made" at the restaurant. Our legendary Chicken Noodle (with or without matzoh ball) is made fresh daily. We offer daily specials and often have "surprise" baked items when Guy is so inspired. We bake our own rye and pumpernickel. Our bagels are from the famed "Whatsa Bagel (aka Bethesda Bagels)" and are absolutely the best and most authentic in the area. We are family owned and operated restaurant located in Potomac, Maryland. Chef/owner Guy Brandt is often mingling with our guests when not in the kitchen. We are honored to have so many "regular" guests, many of whom follow us on our FaceBook page. Our "Pooch Patio" is available anytime the weather permits. We hope to serve you soon!
