We recently came to Antrim 1844 for Valentine's dinner. This is probably our 5th visit in 20 years and the first for a traditionally crazy busy night, and the service remained exceptional. The house is somewhat federalist in style and includes an entry room that doubles as the reception for the B&B, and beautifully appointed rooms that manage to keep... More

We were a group of three couples and five of us were visiting the Antrim 1844 for the first time. The decor in this Victorian Mansion is very nice and appetizers were passed as we congregated in the public rooms before dinner. Service was excellent. at the appointed hour, we were lead through to the dining room and seated in... More

My wife and I were celebrating our 41st Wedding Anniversary. When we arrived, we were told that we were the only diners that evening. The staff treated us exceptionally well. Hors D'Oeuvres were excellent! Our service was prompt. What else can I say? I read a review from another member of Trip Advisor about their experience. All I can say... More

Our server was Alex, as we celebrated a birthday. Her attention to our needs was truly outstanding, thoroughly explaining the menu choices, checking back on us during dinner, and assuring we had enjoyed our delicious meal,

Worst dining experience ever. We will never go back. They overbooked. Noisy, crowder. We were on time for our reservation but it felt like the wait at Texas Roadhouse. We were left to stand in an overflow room 30 min. with no seating. We received a total of 3 canapés total in our party in the "parlor" during the cocktail... More

A wine lovers paradise the wine cellar was most impressive. The authentic historical furnishings truly added to the warmth of the experience overall. The chef's pairings were exceptional. Great for a group get together. I loved the wooden table and farm to table food.

This was our fourth time eating at the Smokehouse Restaurant. My wife and I got married here last December, and also held our rehearsal dinner in the restaurant. We returned for our anniversary and had such an amazing time. Greg and JP are extremely friendly, helpful and made us feel special, like we were the only ones there. Can't wait... More

My wife recently had oral surgery and could only tolerate soft foods. It was her birthday so she wanted to celebrate on her birthday so was reluctant to change the reservation. The resturant manager, staff and chef were ready and provided great recommendations and put together a wonder meal for my wife. The entire dining experience was fantastic. The only... More

Excellent service and quality farm to table food. If you find yourself nearby during the holidays do yourself favor and book a table. Menu changes daily ask for a spot near fireplace!

The setting, the old smokehouse of a pre civil war home, was incomparable. The furnishing accentuated further the period for which civil war defined the transition to a new world. The cellar, natural unforced cool cellar of 18,000 bottles mostly of American origin, is spectacular. So, with the making of a great destination dining, does it live up to the... More
