A casual place though very busy . Qualty of food is very good with insistence on organic product . Pizzas are out of the ordinary with a large combination of toppings . Well recommemded .

Somewhat limited menu with so so pizza. As far as a specialty flatbread joint goes you might want to go elsewhere. Seem to be popular for the lunchtime high tech workers in the area.
I know we are talking semantics here but the Flatbread Company makes flatbreads and not a classic pizza, so be aware. Flatbreads are thin crust and liberties are taken with ingredient toppings. They have a terrific selection of pizzas that just taste great. Ingredients always seem fresh. The place is a tad bit noisy, but not so much that you can't converse during dinner - rather it creates a nice buzz about the place.
We have been to 8 different Flatbreads including American Flatbread and this was our first visit to the Bedford location. As usual the pizza was delicious, you will never be disappointed at any Flatbread location. I wish we could get pizza this good in the NYC area where we live. And as for the service, our waiter Tyler was outstanding.
We enjoy Flatbread for the quality of their pizza, their salads and their desserts. All are prepared with the freshest ingredients and are served in a lively atmosphere with the open pizza ovens.
