Wonderful Italian food served here. Upscale menu, consistently high quality and reasonably priced. Splitting appetizers is encouraged. Of course, the pasta and pizza are outstanding.

The management is very friendly. They treat you like family. We have to eat there at least once a week when we are in town. I love their pasta dishes especially with clams or the grouper bites. They also make a very tasty pizza. Their...More

We have been going to Ponte Vecchio Restaurant for 3 years on our trips down from Maine to Costco. The food is excellent, to me it is truly what you would eat in Italy (having been there 3x). The problem is the service and cleanliness....More

I am starting to think that somepone is posting malicious reviews; or has NO idea what fine Italian food is supposed to be. The chef's creations of octopus and squid are exquisite, as is all his seafood and meat! I cannot recommend Ponte enough.

We use to really enjoy eating here. The food was good, the service good and the cannoli's were awesome. We were there last week on a Tuesday night. There were four of us. The place was not busy. We sat at a round corner table,...More

I and a friend had a good meal in a quiet corner of Ponte Vechhio last night. Given that neither of us was interested in having wine or cocktails, the cost of the meal was reasonable. I had read with mounting alarm some of the...More

My wife and I have not eaten at Ponte Vecchio yet even though we have past by it a number of times. after reading many of the reviews I would question the practice of a possible boot on a "possible customers car". I would think if the customer approached the owner of Ponte Vechio with the reason for the delay before entering the restaurant to eat that the boot would have been removed, free of charge. Personally, I would have called the Police and had them straighten it out without getting my Italian temper in a knot. What say you PV? "Salt overkill" seems to be a constant complaint of customers visiting Italian Restaurants. It might be a good idea if the waitress asked the customer how they prefer their food preparation; salted or unsalted. I understand the need to salt as preparation of food but it can be done lightly with leaving the taste test to the customer allowing the customer to adjust to their taste. After reading the reviews I would give PVR to serve us as customers. My hobby is cooking and we are Italian so that definitely would be a true test. Wine with diner to me is not a compliment to the food. Well prepared food to us should have a natural taste with the possibility of a wine used for cooking. Do hope this will be taken as a compliment and we are looking forward to a visit to this well respected restaurant.

I didn't see a question mark. Is there a question? We didn't find the food too salty, and thought it seasoned perfectly.
