We ordered the fisherman platter with fried oysters and shrimp. The platter came with onion rings, fries and rolls I also ordered a clam chowder. Everything was fresh hot, lightly coated and fresh . Would definitely go back again .

Always eat in the tavern side, have not sat in the dining room in years. Great food, nice pub atmosphere, Bay Basket is excellent, always a good meal.
Excellent every time. Love the atmosphere in the Tavern section. Love the waitresses. Love the food. Love the Island Creek Oysters. You should go here!
This is family owned business. I eat here often. Saturdays after golf offers a great lunch. Sunday brunch includes a prime rib hash that is first rate. I have never been disappointed by the food or the staff. To top it off, prices are reasonable!

Go there often for lunch/ I enjoy the shrimp scampi appetizer. It's plenty of food for lunch. There onion rings are to die for.
The Milepost Tavern is a great place for lunch or early dinner all year round. It has a cozy atmosphere and a separate bar area, which is especially popular in the evening.
Great "old school" New England style tavern. Chowder, shrimp cocktail and Duxbury Basket fantastic. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
