Had a delicious lunch at the British Beer Company (BBC) on Main Street in Hyannis, Massachusetts, on the anniversary of the day JFK was assassinated. The restaurant is right across the street from the JFK Museum—don’t jaywalk, use the marked cross-walks; they are not that far out of the way. Even though it’s a one-way street and while you shouldn’t... More

While attending a nearby Safety Conference on Cape Cod, my partner and I recently enjoyed a great meal at the British Beer Company. This establishment has a local pub feel, with a full compliment of beers, ales, burgers, pizza, pub fare, etc. We enjoyed their chili, French onion soup, stuffed clam appetizer special, fish and chips, and buffalo chicken salad.... Down a pint and then get a great pub lunch! Shepard's pie is huge and delicious. One of my guests raved about the onion soup! Great presentation! Did I mention the view?? The Nantucket Sound was sparkling with Martha's Vineyard just a ferry ride away.

Everything was very good. I had the beef and beer pie and it was good. The wings are also very good. The beer selection is wonder full. Our server was very nice and knowledge able. We will return.

The British Beer Company is a good lunch destination in Falmouth. At times, they have music but mostly on the weekends. Unfortunately, the area for the musician isn't in a good spot if you hope to go and actually sit and see a performer though you can hear them. Like some other places in town, the bar can get very... Food was great! Service was excellent! Ocean view, and near to where we were staying. A nice, but fun place and clean.

Just what you would expect at a pub-decent food and variety of beers (though did not try as were just out for late night meal)

We really enjoyed this British style pub which was recommended to us by our hotel staff. Great decor and food. We later found out that it is part of a chain. Location perfect in center of beach.

Thank Noreen M
