Bought a selection of pastries here for a family gathering. Simply wonderful, delicious. Very fresh. Quick and polite service.

Not the little tasteless circles that they sell at Dunkin's, the donuts at Jim's have some serious heft and plenty of glazing or frosting ... or both on the chocolate frosted on chocolate glazed beauty that made my Saturday morning a lot brighter. Try the butter crunch and the chocolate raised too. The bagels aren't exactly Montreal or NY quality,... More

One of the reasons that I like Jim's so much is that the owner, Jim, is very generous in donating products to non-profits for fundraisers and other events. The donuts here are first class and the bagels are good. They offer sandwiches on bagels as well as muffins, cookies, cakes, and other bakeshop staples. It is mostly locals who go... More

Okay this is not fine dining but a weathered little bakeshop. We stopped in while waiting for the train. Ordered a juice and a coconut cookie which was scrumptious. So good in fact we bought a few more to take with us and we are still talking about it. Surprized to see the "disgusting" review. as sure it was not... More

Everything I have bought it is good but I especially like their berry berry muffin. Outrageously delicious! The doughnuts are terrific and the fruit squares are better.

So you walking to this place and you can tell it's been around for a long time. It's a kind a place where I believe only the locals go. You walk inside and the reviews about it being disgusting or a little overwhelming although it's not as clean as a Dunkin' Donuts. What it lacks in decor and amenities it... More

This place is disgusting. I honestly don't even want to give it one star, but that isnt even an option. The board of health needs to pay a visit here. Everything is dirty, there are flies all over the place. The floors in front and behind the counters have layers of dirt. I've been to many other breakfast/bakeries/coffee shops and NONE... More

I have been going to this donut and bake shop infrequently over the years. Their baked goods are excellent; especially, the lobster tails and the coconut donuts. However, in my last three visits, something strange is going on. When paying for my order, I feel like I am playing three card monte. The first incident is when I handed them... More

I went into Jim's Bagel this summer because I was told by a former employee they have the best bagels in town. They did deliver. I got a honey cinnamon bagel with plain cream cheese and a 1/2 dozen canolis to go. It was delicious. How ever, the service was slow, the woman who waited on me, barely spoke any... More

What a bakery! Delicious donuts, bagels and cream cheese. I haven't tried the sweets, but the cakes and cupcakes look amazing. The prices are really low, and the staff is warm and friendly. I love how you can watch them bake while you enjoy your food!
