Sugar Magnolias is a great little place. The food is very good, and arrives hot. Love their home fries. The service is friendly and efficient. The place is hopping though, I would not go with a time crunch.

I was at the Cape Ann Museum and stopped in here for lunch. Pleasantly surprised at the varied menu and interesting food. Good salmon dish and good crab cakes. I'll be back! Very casual without much atmosphere. Friendly people and good service.

We had excellent service and a delicious breakfast. We both ordered eggs Benedict- mine with mouth watering hash, his with crab cakes. There is metered parking out front and we were seated right away on a Saturday morning, and the waitress was lovely.
