In the old days you'd find the amenities of civilization along rivers or at railway hubs. These days it's at junctions of Interstate highways. My wife, 9 year old granddaughter and I were traveling between the Berkshires and the Stowe area of Vermont. We had been driving for nearly two hours on winding two lane roads as we approached the... I went with friends on our way to a conference in Amherst. We stopped here and loved it! Comfortable seating, the summer menu was great. I had the lobster roll with New England chowder.

This is not the 99 I remember from way back! We ate there as we were staying at the Days Inn. What a facelift! I hope all the 99 Restaurants have had this same facelift! Beautiful huge bar area with plenty of TV's. Very bright, not like the dingy dark I remember. (It's been a while sine I've been in... More

I liked it better when they had the wall between the booths and the bar - it was quieter. The current setup is too much like the Applebees on the other side of the rotary. The last time I was there I had the fish tacos with rice on the side. Couldn't finish all four - was full after two.... More

This was right next door to the hotel where we stayed. They provide quick service and the food is tasty and wholesome. Good gluten free choice.

Our two nights / several in between to the bar , trips to this restuarant are ones we won't forget, in a good way. What a great friendly group of people whom work there!! Our Military son-in-law was provided with a free meal and told to come back and get the same anytime!!

Great sit down place to eat if you are getting on or off the highway. They have delicious lobster rolls in the summer and great winter eats too.

First time my wife and I have eaten at a 99 Restaurant. Not bad, wasn't sure what to expect. Our waitress was very nice, Food was good. Went because it was in walking distance of our hotel, glad we went.

They had a varied menu with lots of items. Staff were helpful even though it was very busy, for which I give credit. Since restaurant popular, try to hit off-peak days/hours. i.e. Sat night supper time will be crowded.

We were a party of four and all ordered the Prime Rib with varying temperatures from medium rare to an end cut. The portions were generous but didn't have much taste. The end cut was way over done and tough. Salads and sides were fine and dessert was good. Service was excellent. The noise level in the bar area was... More
