Very clean venue, the waitress was rather stony, you know the type great with the locals, a bit stiff with strangers. The home made fries were in my opinion the worst I have ever had, thin small and so brown that some snapped like chips, not at all like any other home fries I have tasted, absolutely horrible. The eggs... More

I recently visited Rose's for lunch with my son and a friend. The atmosphere is friendly and laid back. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. Our meals timely arrived and were plentiful and delicious. My Turkey Rachel sandwich was delicious and was more than I could eat, so I ended up taking half of it home.

We arrived just before they started serving lunch so we had the option of either breakfast or lunch. We chose lunch and had very nice sandwiches. If we are passing through the area again I would visit again. The service was great.

Four of us had breakfast here yesterday on the recommendation of a local hotel. It was quite busy. We were able to be seated right away though due solely to luck. Very friendly staff who obviously enjoyed their jobs. Food was great with huge portions. Try the blueberry pancakes! Can't wait to go back!

We vacationed in South Lee and had breakfast at Rose's nearly every day. They are open only for breakfast and lunch. They have a nice assortment of breakfast items on their menu and the prices were reasonable. Service was good as was the food. The two of us had breakfast and coffee for less than $20 - a bit more... Busy on a Fall Sunday at 10am but the service was quick. Large portions, so be prepared. You can ask for two egg omelets.

We so enjoyed the quant setting at Rose's. I had clam chowder and husband had hamburger and onion rings. Everything was so good. We would go again. They have breakfast until noon.
