We return annually for our special night out. The meals are pricey but well done. Their hot bread is to die for and you will likely fill up on it before the meal arrives.

We ate here while staying at the LakeHouse next door. I had the duckling in orange sauce and my wife the salmon, and we both thought the food good. It was however let down by the sullen service, with no smiles or even a thank...More

This is not a fast food restaurant by any means, it is truly a dining experience. Some reviews state that the decor is old and tired but if you love an old house atmosphere and quilts this is the place! All of us enjoyed a...More

Great martini, my meal was average, wife's was outstanding . Service friendly and efficient. Great location on the lake, right next door to our B&B. - great chowder - Sauce on veal oscar way too heavy - Cajun pork was delicious

Spent the night next door at the LakeHouse Inn and walked over for dinner. Our dinners were delicious and we stayed for a couple after dinner drinks at the bar! Great place and we can't wait to go again!!

We did not choose this restaurant as we were guests of friends who live in the area. The food was just average but the service was horrible. We never received any bread at our table and the meal took forever. The salad was made of...More

I have stopped for both a nice dinner and cozy bar food in the past, but this visit I found a perfect patio overlooking the lake. Cocktails and apps followed by dinner in the restaurant was a hit all around. This was a perfect place...More

Stopped here for dinner. Our food was good (although mussels were small and blah -- saved by the sauce). Salads and bread were good, swordfish was outstanding. Decor is old and shabby. It's a beautiful location on a lake - lots of potential here!

Title won't mean much to non-U.K. readers but this restaurant is mid range (albeit not as far as price is concerned) serving up plain fare but with typical USA efficiency. Old fashioned wooden interior really did remind of of a 1970/80s Beefeater chain. Clientele definitely...More

Reminded us of a northwoods steakhouse in Minnesota or Wisconsin, older crowd, view of the lake at sunset was lovely. Had fantastic PRI mussels, best I've had, highly recommend!
