I went to a wedding and a holiday party at the country club. The view was of the golf course, which I think is uninteresting. I would much rather look at the ocean seeing how it is close to the beach. It looked like a function room in any average hotel. A glass of wine was $9. The food was... More

Had a group of about 10 people staying nearby, and dropped in for a drink before a dinner reservation nearby, expecting sort of a cluster visit, but staff was super for "just a drink" group, immediately pushing tables together for us and serving the group efficiently and very courteously, a pleasant surprise. Best part of the bar is the view,... More

The meal was excellent; however it was supposed to be shrimp fettuccine. The waitress never told us that they ran out of the pasta. When the meal came, we asked what happened to the fettuccine, and she just said ran out! We waited for our glasses to be filled with water, and finally had to ask her. One of our... More

Vacationing in New Seabury on Cape Cod is restful and so much fun that you never want to leave! The Marketplace has everything you need from dining and shopping to picking up those essentials you always forget at the Poppy Deli and Country Store!

Every year we have been going here for Thanksgiving Dinner, plus Easter Dinner with the Family. It is just wonderful because the food is fantastic , the atmosphere great, the service great also. Plenty of food to choose from & several of our family members are vegetarian also & the Chef made us a special plate that was SO gourmet... More

We came in for dinner quite late one evening and were not disappointed. We were a group of about 12 and we were quickly seated in a quiet corner of the dining room. Emily F. was our server and was professional. My wife ordered the shrimp scampi and I had the chicken piccata. Both were very good in flavor and... More

Many people think because it is a private golf club it is only open to members. The main dining room is open to the public. I have only been for lunch, but have returned time and again and I was never disappointed. While the luncheon menu is limited, I find the food very good and the prices much more affordable... More

I have eaten here many times (but not in awhile) in banquets after golf tournament, it has always been pretty good (for a banquet/buffet). We had Thanksgiving dinner and everything was bad. I always tip but was planning to not because the service was that bad..but low and behold 18% included....that explains why it was so bad

We stayed in the beach cottages at Maushop Village which the owner of 42 Landmark Rd described as "30 steps to the beach." It was more like 300 steps to the beach!! The beach was just ok...the Cape has much better to offer. The resort itself is nice, but I was dismayed by the poor food quality (yet high prices)... More
