Hard to find innovative and interesting places for vegetarians to eat. This little place serves a delightful menu and the food is delicious.

The food at Bela's is always fresh, hot and delicious! There are daily specials and we are never disappointed when we dine here. They do not serve alcohol but you may bring a bottle of wine and they will provide a bottle opener/corkscrew and glasses. The desserts sound scrumptious but we are always too full to order one! Bring cash... More

The food at Bela's is unique. There is nothing like it in town or the surrounding area. If you like vegetarian, you simply must give it a try.

Yum, yum, yum. We shared tempeh with green mango curry (I think that's what it was called) and a plate called Cindy's which had a cutlet (burger-like patty they make) with steamed vegetables and gravy. The mango sauce was fantastic, as was the gravy with the other dish. I wanted to pick up the platters and lick them clean! And,... More

I haven't been there recently but the harvest burger is always exceptional! Other dishes, which keep changing, vary from excellent to fair. One of two best vegetarian restaurants in Northampton.

Had a great dinner at Bela last night, glad we decided to stop by again. It was an early dinner so had no problem getting in and being sat which sometimes on a Saturday night can be an issue. The wait staff was good and prompt about our order, water, etc. Had a BBQ Tempah with kale dish which was... More

We aren't vegetarians but our friends recommended Bella's as the place for a nice evening out. Food was good, atmosphere cozy, service first rate. Don't skip dessert.

If you don't know about it you might pass right by this small vegetarian restaurant tucked into a side street off of Northampton center. It is worth finding. It has only a few tables and specialties prepared for the day. It is amazing. All fresh and healthy, all delicious. BYOB, they will give you glasses. Prepare to be surprised. This... More

Finally, a vegetarian/vegan restaurant that has imaginative food. Everything is made to order, so have patience. Cash only.

I can't count the number of times I've eaten at Bela--and every meal has been delicious. If you like, you can bring in wine or beer (there's a package store around the block on State Street).
