A typical beach shack, no indoor seating, no credit cards, paper plates and plastic utensils (although I must say with my "dinner" order I had china and silverware so I presume the dinner menu is a little less shackily served), salt air and sea breezes blowing your napkins away, seagulls waiting in the wings giving you the stinkeye. It was... More

I was really in the mood for friend clams and we found Sandy's on TripAdvisor. They were very good and the portion was excellent. The batter was light and tasty. The french fries weren't very good for me or my wife. She had the coconut shrimp which was also good. The price was a bit high but close to normal... More

Dinner and drinks on the beach after work, for vacation or anytime. Good food and a nice atmosphere.. Loved sitting on the beach with my family having dinner and looking out over the ocean.

Went to Sandy's twice in 3 days for dinner Great Service with a friendly staff. Fried Scallops and fried clams were outstanding. Clam chowder was some of the best I ever had. Bar was busy , and service and drink quality were great. A must visit 🖒

Don't let it's small building deceive you. We only had some drinks with friends at the bar so I can't speak for the food, but the beach ambiance is priceless. The bartender is witty in that perfect New England way and we had a great time. It's located in a state beach park that charges for parking at the entrance,... More

This is a throwback restaurant. Nothing fancy here. Just solid food, good brew and a lovely beach setting. Burgers were great and the fries were good. Good service.

The fish was as fresh as possible. It must have been landed today. We were tipped off on Sandy's by the Whale Biologist from our whale watch tour. Awesome tip with perfect directions. We'll be back.

It's a snack bar on the beach, but oh my goodness is it good. If you like fried food, than this is the place for you. They also have non fried options for those of you who don't. I had the crab cakes and they were cooked perfectly and had so much flavor. My husband had the fried oyster platter... More

Friends said let's go to this beach snack bar, well it blew me away. We had fried scallops, fried shrimp, fried oysters, crabmeat roll and calamari. They had non-fried seafood items on the menu. I don't eat much fried food and when I do I pay for it later (all you can taste is the grease). I had calamari and... More

Is there anything better than dining right on the beach? I don't think so! Under new ownership, Sandy's at the Beach on Plymouth's Long Beach is a great place to stop for both lunch and dinner. You can't miss the bright-green façade as you turn down the dirt road that begins this 3-mile stretch of shore. The menu has grown... More
