Like other reviewers have said, it's a loud, crowded bar. But the food is great! The service is good too. It may not be as fast as some of the fast food chains, but they serve a good meal and if you are done, move on because someone else is hungry and waiting to eat! We ate there twice and... More

My wife and I popped in for a meal, she had a burger, I had the fish curry. Both meals were delicious and top quality. The bar keep was efficient, professional and personable. Food was very quick in appearing, after orders were taken. We sat up at the end of the bar, which was great. Highly recommended.

This is not the place to bring Granny. It's small, raucous scruffy and crowded. Nevertheless, the smokey seafood chowder was flavoursome. As another diner pointed out, the service was a bit slap dash. We ordered cocktails and they sat on the bar waiting to be delivered. Waitress just forgot about them. The Wellfleet oysters were fresh but small. OK if... More

Fantastic food! We enjoyed everything we ordered. Delicious smoky chowder, outrageously huge and flavorful lamb burger, fresh spinach and beet salad, chicken wings, and great selection of beers. Combine this with friendly service and can't think of a better experience!

The chowder is just outstanding. If you have nothing else - head there for that. Very warm, inviting local restaurant open in the offseason in the heart of Ptown. Great staff that move tables quickly. Very good beer selection - with 7+ beers on tap. Had a local Truro alcoholic ginger beer that was light and refreshing. The chowder was... More

Our grandson INSISTS on going to the "pig" each time he comes to the Cape. We are more than willing to come up from Eastham to dine with him as the food is great, the waitstaff is always friendly, and somehow, we always get our "special" seat by the window. It is great to evesdrop on the locals for info... More

We stopped here for a quick dinner at the end of a cool, but sunny, pre-season beach day. Our party enjoyed excellent mussels, a pulled pork sandwich, and spicy beef skewers. Simple, well-prepared, tasty food. Good beer selection, too. Quick service and amiable staff - all made for a pleasant dinner!
